A good conversation at a fair should not end with a forgotten business card.
Trade fairs bring together people who might never have found each other otherwise. Yet the value of those meetings is often lost between unmanageable lists of events, business cards in pockets and notes nobody ever returns to. Fair Assistant is being built to connect choosing the right fair with an orderly follow-up afterwards.
Who we build for
- For visitors — we help you find fairs that suit your business, and keep the suppliers, partners and ideas you discovered in the hall.
- For exhibitors — we help conversations at the stand become organised contacts, notes and reports that a sales team can work from straight away.
- For organisers — we make official details about a fair available to people who are already planning where to travel, buy or exhibit.
How the directory is built
We add fairs by industry and region, based on the official sources available to us. We track names, dates, cities, venues, industries and links to organisers. Visitors and exhibitors can report a missing detail, and organisers can confirm and complete their event's profile.
We check the details carefully, but organisers can change the dates, the location or the conditions of an event. That is why we always recommend checking the event's official website before travelling or applying.
Privacy is part of the product
You can browse the site without an account. Fairs you mark as interesting stay saved on your own device. In the Fair Assistant app, business cards are read on the phone, and business contacts, photos and notes stay local until you decide to export or share them.
Who is behind Fair Assistant
Fair Assistant is a project of Tehnokan d.o.o. Smederevo. We are building it as a practical tool for people who expect a concrete business result from a fair — a better choice of events, tidier contacts and a faster follow-up.
