About the fair
The largest hospitality fair in the south of the Netherlands, aimed at restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering firms. Exhibitors offer food and beverages, professional kitchen equipment, furniture, IT solutions and services. The programme features culinary contests, workshops and bartending competitions. It provides a regional alternative to the large Horecava show in Amsterdam.
